## 1. Grant of Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this extension for personal purposes, subject to the terms below.  
This free edition does **not** establish a paid contract between you and Next Future.

## 2. Restrictions
- You may **not** copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or sell this software.  
- You may **not** remove copyright notices or branding.  
- You may **not** use this software for unlawful purposes.

## 3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the property of **Next Future**.  
This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

## 4. Disclaimer of Warranty
This extension is provided **“as is”** without warranties of any kind, express or implied.  
Use is at your own risk. Next Future makes no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

## 5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Next Future shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use or inability to use the software.  
This does not affect liability where such exclusions are not allowed by applicable law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory product liability).

## 6. Privacy
- The extension does not transmit personal data to Next Future.  
- All operations are executed locally within the user’s browser.  
- Minimal data is stored via Chrome’s `chrome.storage` API for functionality (preferences, counters).

## 7. Updates & Termination
Next Future may provide updates, modifications, or discontinue the software at any time without prior notice.  
Violation of this license will result in automatic termination of your right to use the software.

## 8. Right of Withdrawal
Since ChatPrune Lite is provided free of charge and no purchase contract is formed, the statutory right of withdrawal for paid digital services does not apply.  
If you purchase **ChatPrune Pro** or another paid product in the future, withdrawal rights will be outlined at the point of sale.

## 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and consumer protection regulations applicable in your country of residence.
